Engineering

Senior Backend Engineer (Python)

You'd own the ingest pipeline, query layer, and pack generators. Strong async Python, REST API design, and relational databases. Compliance / regulated-industry background a plus.

Senior Frontend Engineer (React + TypeScript)

You'd own the operator dashboard end-to-end. Strong React, TypeScript, accessibility, and design taste. Familiarity with data-dense UIs (Linear, Datadog, Grafana) preferred.

Compliance Officer / Solutions Engineer

You'd partner with each beta user to partner their export pack format with their auditor. Strong UK compliance background (ICO, FCA, EU AI Act). Could be a former auditor or in-house compliance lead.
